Health cares and health scares dominated Tamra Judge’s storyline during Season 13 on The Real Housewives of Orange County. It’s been very real and serious problems related her husband Eddie Judge’s atrial fibrillation (AFib), a heart condition that causes an irregular and often rapid heartbeat, and one his health care team cannot seem to get ahead of despite multiple procedures.
AFib can be life-altering for anyone, but it’s been challenging in every possible respect for Tamra and Eddie. They co-own a fitness studio and are devoted to a super-clean lifestyle. What’s that old adage: Man plans and God laughs?On February 12, Tamra posted about Eddie’s ongoing health issues. She told fans on Instagram, “Hoping for good news. It’s been 5 months since his last ablation and he’s been feeling so much better. Today the doc will scope his heart to see if his appendage is working properly & he can go off medication. If it’s not working the appendage will need to be closed (another procedure) and he stays on meds. [Eddie Judge] must be nervous because his heart is playing all kinds of trick right now. #AFIB. Thanks for all the sweet comments he loves reading them.”
Sadly, Tamra returned to Instagram hours later to share upsetting news. She wrote, “Not the news we were hoping for. We will keep fighting this fight. Thank you for all the love. [Eddie Judge] you have my heart.”

Cast members from several Real Housewives shows commented on Tamra’s posts, including costar Shannon Beador. Shannon shared prayer emojis and wrote, “All will be good!”
Real Housewives of New York OG Ramona Singer commented, “We are all praying. Dallas Housewife Stephanie Hollman, who sent “so much love and prayers during this time.” Stephanie’s costar Cary Deuber commented sent prayer emojis. They speak for all of us in sending healing thoughts to Eddie!
