Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Yolanda Hadid is starting the New Year off in a more natural state. Yolanda, who suffers from Lyme disease (in case you have been hiding under a rock for years and didn’t know0, left RHOBH after Season 6. Of course, Yolanda shared with fans that it was her decision to quit the show. They all say that. Right?
Other sources said that Yolanda decided to leave after she was offered a gig as to be a Friend of the Housewives (oh, the horror!) instead of a full-time cast member. There was also word that Bravo wanted to capture something other than Lyme disease as Yolanda’s storyline, and that may have been the breaking point.
I feel sympathetic about Yolanda’s illness, but many fans wanted a lighter, less serious storyline heading into Season 7 of RHOBH. Still, Yolanda’s long battle with Lyme disease has taken a terrible toll on her life. In fact, it was one of the factors that led to her divorce from ex-husband David Foster. Also, Yolanda lacked support from the Beverly Hills Housewives, with the exception of Brandi Glanville, during her health crises.
Now, things are really looking up for the ex-Housewife. Yolanda shared a sexy selfie on Instagram. There was more to the story than a hot photo. She told her followers, “Living in a body free of breast implants, fillers, Botox, extensions and all the bullsh*t I thought I needed in order to keep up with what society conditioned me to believe what a sexy woman should look like until the toxicity of it all almost killed me,” she said.”

Also, Yolanda urged followers to research before putting any unnatural substances in one’s body. Yolanda declared, “It’s on us to learn to love ourselves and celebrate our unique, one of a kind beauty at all ages as we move through this journey called “life.” Beauty has no meaning without your health.”
Most of the comments on Instagram were overwhelmingly positive, but some fans took issues with Yolanda’s words. One fan fired a shot directly at one Yolanda’s model daughters Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid. “Kinda funny saying this when your daughter is full of plastic,” one follower posted. Ouch! Who was that comment about?
