Bethenny Frankel left the Real Housewives of New York way back in 2010 after the third season and just months before she gave birth to her daughter Bryn. At the time, Bethenny was not done with Bravo or reality TV, as cameras rolled when she gave birth, got married and launched her multi-million dollar empire.
But when Bethenny walked away from her Bravo spin-offs and launched her own talk show, we assumed that she was done with reality TV for good. Or was she?

According to sources who spoke to US Weekly, Bethenny is not done yet. In fact the sources claim that Bethenny is coming back to save the ratings-challenged Real Housewives of New York.
After plummeting last season to an all-time low of just 1 million viewers, Bravo has been doing all they can to shake up the cast and to breathe new life into the Big Apple cast. Which included getting rid of Aviva Drescher — who manufactured story lines — and making Ramona Singer just a part-time player — after she refused to open up about her real life on reality TV.
Is bringing Bethenny back the final piece to the puzzle? That remains to be seen or confirmed, although just last week, Bethenny talked about the possibility on Access Hollywood Live. “I talk to Andy, we’re talking about another project right now and we’re working on something that’s a little bit of a secret. And Ramona has asked me, it’s — I’d have to be crazy. I am crazy. You’d have to be crazy to do it.”
Bethenny may just be crazy enough to come back. After all, since her talk show was cancelled, she may need a platform to promote her legion of projects, which includes the Skinnygirl empire and now children’s books. Plus, she has the built in drama of her nasty on-going divorce battle.
Personally, I think this is the right move for Bravo and for Bethenny. But if Bravo brings back Jill Zarin, just to rehash the drama with Bethenny, I will seriously throw in the towel on New York completely!
