Just like Season 9 (and many other seasons) of Real Housewives of New York, the Season 10 premiere episode featured a Ramona Singer vs. Bethenny Frankel argument.
In essence, they argued over geography and supporting other women. They both concluded that the other one was being condescending. Maybe they were both right?
In her first Bravo blog post of the season, Ramona shared, “This season will be like no other, and I can’t even describe it in three words or less as I have historically done in the past.” That’s the kind of stuff I like to hear. I can’t wait to watch the rest of the episodes.
Ramona wrote, “All the women on the show have achieved different successes and I have always been there to support them (including Bethenny) and give them credit. I can’t believe how Bethenny spoke to me at the Halloween party…to say I was shocked is an understatement.”
She continued, “Regardless of your accomplishments or the title behind your name, no one has the right to speak to someone in this manner.”
I couldn’t help laughing out loud at this quip: “Bethenny did not even have tits yet when I was a buyer for Macy’s in NYC.”
Ramona wasn’t done going in on the Skinnygirl founder. She added, “Bethenny was still in high school when I opened up my own business, RMS Fashions.”
She also teased what we can expect this season: “I don’t know why she is full of anger, but this season I took a step back from her as Carole [Radziwill] did. You will see new friendships forged and some friendships go by the wayside…Get ready for a spectacular season!” I am so ready.
Tonight is episode two of the new season of The Real Housewives of New York City. “Sonja makes hurtful accusations about Tinsley’s finances. Meanwhile, Dorinda attempts to improve her friendship with Sonja. Carole runs the New York City Marathon after months of training, but with a surprising omission in her cheering section.”
