The newest season of the Real Housewives of Miami is serving everything – looks, compelling storylines, humor and glamour. I can’t understand why it’s on Peacock and not Bravo, because it is definitely Bravo standard. After an eight year hiatus, the franchise is back with cast members from the older seasons but also some fresh Miami meat. Returnee housewife Adriana De Moura has been re-introduced into our lives as a ‘friend of’ rather than a full time cast member (which for the life of me I don’t understand why) and she is bringing her A game.
When we last left the RHOM ladies in 2013, Adriana was married to frenchman Frederic Marq. Fast forward to 2022, she is now looking for Mr. Right (now) and has set herself, and her dates, some firm rules on any new budding relationships. In a recent episode, Adriana revealed that she makes any guy she is dating wait four months before she will get intimate with them. In that episode we were also treated to a front row seat in Adriana’s dating life with her bringing not one but TWO dates to an art show hosted for her best friend Julia Lemigova and her tennis star wife Martina Navratilova. Adriana was seen having to juggle giving attention to both guys throughout the evening to the surprise and confusion of her other castmates.
Lucky for one of them, Jacob, passed Adriana’s test and got to the four month mark, which at that point, Adriana revealed on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live Jacob actually gave her a taste of her own medicine. As reported by Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Adriana explained on the show, “Well, Jacob has turned that rule on me because he waited four months, and then when I said, ‘I’m ready,’ he said, “Now you’re gonna wait two months for me,'” – Nice play, Jacob.

She then gave an update on her relationship status with Jacob, and things still seem to be going strong – “I’m still with Jacob, and let me tell you something, Andy [Cohen] I owe him an apology because that two date thing that I had was a mishap, and I’m so grateful to have Jacob in my life. Jacob is what dreams are made of.” What a compliment! And she genuinely looks really happy and secure with her new romance. But, I’d love to know Julia’s take on this, given her complicated relationship with Adriana herself – has she given her stamp of approval?
It seems that love really is in the air for the RHOM cast, Adriana is moving forward with Jacob, Alexia Echevarria finally married Todd Nepola and we learned last week that newbie housewife Nicole Martin finally got engaged to her long term boyfriend and sweetheart Anthony Lopez on New Years Eve. Adriana shared that she congratulated the newly engaged couple and that she was really happy for them.
