I know I’m not the only one who rolled my eyes a little bit when Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge announced their podcast, Two T’s In A Pod. I’m just thinking, “Does the world really need another Housewives podcast right now?” But if these two are going to be dishing about their behind-the-scenes encounters with other Housewives from across the Bravo universe, I might have to actually tune in here and there.
Reality Blurb first reported on the December 3 debut episode of Two T’s In A Pod, and the two former Housewives dished about the recent seasons of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Real Housewives of Orange County. But the episode took a hilarious turn when the conversation turned to Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
The two ex-Housewives talked about their favorite cast members from the first season based on who makes the best television. First, Tamra applauded Kenya Moore for her shady antics, and then the focus shifted to Ramona Singer. Teddi acknowledged that she likes watching the Ramonacoaster on TV. But in real life? Maybe not so much.
“I can say I enjoy watching Ramona on television because it’s outside of me knowing her,” Teddi said before reflecting on a rude encounter she had at Andy Cohen’s legendary baby shower.
“When I met her at Andy’s baby shower, one, she kept calling me Gina [Kirschenheiter],” Teddi recalled. “And she even did an Instagram Live, and she’s like, ‘I’m with Gina from O.C.’ And I’m like, ‘It’s Teddi.'”

The biggest takeaway was how Ramona refused to correct herself after mixing up the two women. It sounds just like how she did Kenya on the first day of RHUGT.
“She wouldn’t fix herself,” Teddi said. “I didn’t mind that she was calling me Gina. I was more like, if you make that mistake normally, you’re like, ‘Oh sorry, I should learn your actual name.'”
At this point, we can’t expect Ramona to remember anyone’s name. It’s part of the Ramona experience. Even Tamra acknowledged that to know Ramona is unique. She reflected on their relationship, noting that they both entered the Housewives world right around the same time.
“She has no self-awareness whatsoever. She just says whatever. She doesn’t care,” Tamra said. “Ramona is just … she’s different. I’ve never met anyone like her.”
