Millionaire Matchmaker alum Patti Stanger was one of the OG Bravo stars. Even though she hasn’t been on the network for some time. She’s still in the mix with some current and former cast members.
She’s always sharing her opinions and spilling some (alleged) secrets. I say “alleged” because, in all honesty, it’s hard to know what’s true and what isn’t when it comes to Patti.
During a recent episode of the Hot Takes & Deep Dives podcast, Patti was asked, “Do you know Brandi Glanville at all?” Then she claimed, “I’m the one that got her on the show.” Really?
Patti asked, “You didn’t know that?” Then she claimed, “She begged me.” Interesting.

Patti recalled, “Andy [Cohen] was looking for someone. She begged me to come on. It was the whole Eddie Cibrian thing. They had not connected the dots between Brandi and [Scheana Marie]. What happened was, she wanted to come on, we had the same agent, publicist. I think Eddie had my publicist.”
She said, “I wrote a letter to Andy begging him and I gave him three choices. I gave him Marla Maples, who I’m friends with, really close to. And I gave him Alana Hamilton because I know her son. And I gave him Brandi. He wasn’t thrilled about any of them and I begged, begged, and begged.” I would just love to hear Andy’s version of the story. Patti has a tendency to take credit for a lot of different things.

Patti continued, “And my manager managed her, Brandi, and we got her on. It was for like no money first season. No money. I’m not even going to mention what it was. And she tested [well].” Once again, she mentioned, “I begged Andy.” She claimed, “I would write letters to Andy really advocating for her.”
Patti was asked, “Are you friendly with her now?” She responded, “I can call her on her cell and stuff. Every now and then we run into each other. We have a mutual friend in common.” I wonder why they’re not so tight these days.

In other Brandi news, Patti commented, “Something went down with Denise [Richards], but I don’t know what it is. I’m not saying Brandi’s a liar. And I’m not saying Denise is a liar. Was it a threesome with Aaron [Phypers]? Because I could see that.” We will all (hopefully) know soon enough.
