Almost every time Vicki Gunvalson is on Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen throws some sort of shade about her ever-changing face. To be fair, she has been on Real Housewives of Orange County for thirteen seasons, so anyone’s face would change in that amount of time- cosmetic procedures or not.
Recently Vicki realized she went a little too far with the facial filler and she actually took some out.
In an interview with Page Six TV, Vicki revealed that her doctor removed ten pockets of filler that built up beneath the skin’s surface of her face.
She said, “It was all fillers through the last five to seven years.” That change in appearance is something viewers can attest to.

The OG of the OC explained her rationale for getting so many fillers: “You go to the doctor and they’re like, ‘Oh, fill up this, fill up this, fill up this,’ and by the time I looked in the mirror, I was like, ‘Doesn’t even look like me.’ So when he [her doctor] opened me up, he said, ‘You had 10 pockets of fillers that I had to remove.'”
On the bright side Vicki had her man Steve Lodge to help her recuperate. She shared, “I had a great nurse, too. Steve was my nurse.” I guess the viewers will see how things settle when Vicki films the Season 13 reunion…. or if she shares some updates on her Instagram page. Either way, Andy Cohen is going to point out the changes in her appearance at some point.
