You cannot keep Bethenny Frankel down! Despite the cancelation of her talk show and being in the midst of grueling drawn-out — we are going on 16 months — divorce proceedings, the former star of the Real Housewives of New York City star continues to stay positive.
E! News recently spoke to the Skinnygirl mogul at a Cinco de Mayo party — perfect holiday for the girl who invented the Skinnygirl margarita — where Bethenny opened up about her Mother's Day plans and how she is holding up amidst all the drama. But did she say anything about her rumored romance with Warren Lichtenstein or Michael Cerussi?

Bethenny Frankel has never been one to shy away from giving her opinion. But lately, with her divorce from Jason Hoppy being fought in court and all of her rumored beaus, our favorite smart ass has been pretty quiet when it comes to her personal like. In fact, all she would tell E! News was, "I'm very happy," she said of her personal life. "I am."
But about her life after the cancelation of her talk show, the former reality star had a lot more to say. "Doing the talk show I was very committed, but now not having that I can really new be more involved in the rest of my businesses and just take a breather. I'm just looking forward to having some time to myself. I've always been at pick-up and drop-off for my daughter, just now I won't be doing it in fake lashes and heels. I can go in no makeup and flats and go to the park and just kind of like breathe a little bit more. I'm not really thinking about what I'm doing next, I'm just enjoying right now so much."
Speaking of Bryn, the single mom opened up about her mother's day plans with her 3-year-old daughter. "Mother's Day we're going, I think, out to the country to a friend's house and maybe go to brunch, go the duck pond. She's a big girl now, so we'll go to a girly brunch and just be with friends."
I want to go to a girly brunch with Bethenny!! Maybe I was there I could over-serve her on Skinnygirl cocktails and get her to spill on the latest news about her divorce. The last we heard was that Bethenny was forced to pay Jason's lawyers $100K — OUCH! But despite that hit to the wallet, Bethenny Frankel is keeping a very positive attitude. "I'm in a good place. Life is a journey, not a destination. I'm on the road. And the road is paved with good intentions!"
More power to you Bethenny! Keep up that great attitude and things will fall into place!
