Budding talk-show host and hawker of all products anywhere that can be adorned with a Skinnygirl label, Bethenny Frankel, has hit a snafu on her road to daytime talk success! Apparently, she’s too abrasive.
The Bethenny Ever After star, who recently shot a talk show pilot has been unsuccessful in selling her show to a network! “They’d been shopping the syndicated show and going to meet with station owners,” a source told the NY Post, but Bethenny “came off too aggressive,” the insider reveals!
Adding that Bethenny’s team “got a coach” to show Bethenny on how to speak like a normal human, you know like “speaking more slowly.” The coach also offered up some tips on “being nicer.” Yikes! I guess that biting housewives wit she’s famous for doesn’t work so well in the real world! I hope she was also taught some listening skills!
And from rude to krazy, Kelly Kray-Kray Bensimon is up to her incoherent ramblings again! Why do neither of these women have a filter!?
The former, past, no longer active, alumni Real Housewives of New York star attended the Buoniconti Great Sports Legends Dinner and the fired housewife talked being fired, except she doesn’t like that word. “First of all, I don’t like the word ‘fire’,” she informed reporters at the event (why was she there, again?). “This is Housewives and this isn’t — you know, we’re in a recession. Let’s be careful with that.” Oh, well perhaps that makes sense – if you’re crazy!
As for her post-housewives career, she doesn’t have one, because she doesn’t approve of the word ‘post’ either. “I don’t like the word ‘post’ because I had a great time with Housewives,” Kelly informed OK!. “I don’t really think of it as moving on,” she explained. “It was a huge leap of faith and I had so much fun doing it. It was a great time of my life.”
Kelly was also evasive – of course – about what led to her termination, insisting “I don’t really like rumors. There’s really no truth to rumors!”
Despite being asked to pursue other opportunities Kelly is still supportive of the show, as she prompted reporters: “It’s Housewives. You gotta watch it!”
In fact, it’s really great because she’s on it – or so she seems to think! “You gotta keep on watching and it’s a really great show and it’s hilarious. If you’re not laughing with me, laugh at me.” Although, we are definitely laughing at her, she IS aware that she was, in fact, fired, and is actually NO LONGER a Real Housewife, right?
Well, Kelly doesn’t like the word “fire” and she doesn’t like the word “post” but she does approve of the word “journey,” so that’s what she’s doing now! “My next journey is all about, ‘I can make you hot.’ I have a new jewelry line that’s coming out for a resort, my new book that’s coming out in the Spring and then I have a big announcement to make in October.” If this new “journey” has anything to do with Jill Zarin and Skweeze Couture, I think I might go post – as in postal! Ugh. But of course, since she doesn’t like the word “rumor” she’s not giving away any further details!
Oh, Kelly… I just can’t … . I think I need some jellybeans and a shot of tequila, except I don’t eat processed foods or drink…
