Tyla Turns up the Heat in Bralette & Miniskirt at Billboard Music Awards 2024

Tyla’s risqué lace bralette and micro miniskirt undoubtedly pumped up the beat at the 2024 Billboard Music Awards. On Thursday night, the South African singer caused a stir at the awards ceremony primarily due to her rocking performance and the barely-there stylish outfit. She made one of the most surprising appearances of the night and delivered back-to-back steamy performances of her tracks, “Push 2 Start” and “Shake Ah.” Later, the pop sensation took home two honors in the Top Afrobeats Artist and Top Afrobeats Song categories.

Tyla elevates lace bralette and animal print micro miniskirt with ripped stockings and chunky boots

Making a splashy appearance at the Billboard Music Awards 2024, Tyla nailed one of the shortest outfits comprising a lace bralette and a micro miniskirt. Her irresistible look was the star of the event as she brought her rockstar energy to perform “Push 2 Start” and “Shake Ah.” The 22-year-old wore a revealing black-colored bodice that fully exposed her sculpted abs and torso. She then layered the top with a cropped stylish jacket and paired the look with a zebra-print teeny-tiny skirt. The bottom wear ended right where it began and consisted of a rectangular decoration pinned to the front.

The “Water” hitmaker added more distinctive features to the outfit, making it even more eye-catching. She donned a pair of distressed see-through tights and playfully combined them with leather boots with chain detailing to create a standout effect. Not only that but Tyla’s sexy bralette comprised a similar chain adornment that certainly didn’t go unnoticed. Moreover, the hairstyle, which was a clear nod to her native roots, was accessorized with colorful pins. She even donned trendy jewelry and flaunted her navel piercing.

Tyla’s entrancing Billboard Music Awards appearance did not conclude with her outfit when she and her dancers took the floor to raise the temperature. The African singer won awards in two of the several nominations she received. Her winning categories included Top Afrobeats Artist and Top Afrobeats Song for her smash hit, “Water.” She again took center stage to give an acceptance speech, thanking everyone involved as the crowd cheered her on. Previously, the same track also won the singer her first Grammy.
