Out of all the men on Southern Charm, Craig Conover would be the best catch. Between dealing with Peter Pan syndrome, gaslighting, and multiple cheating scandals, Craig comes out smelling like roses compared to the others. Fans have seen him in action when it came to being a loving boyfriend. While dating Naomie Olindo, he seemed to go out of his way to make sure he coddled her with compliments. So when it was revealed he and Paige DeSorbo were an item to fans, they were over the moon.

Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo timeline

The couple first met when Paige was dating Perry, so all they could foster was a platonic friendship. Paige and Craig really got to know one another on Winter House when they were roomies. The Bravo duo shared their first real kiss in April 2021 while Paige was on a trip to Charleston. Fans knew it was serious when Craig appeared in Summer House Season 6 to escort Paige to the ‘prom.’ By the time September rolled around, these two were a bonafide couple and became Instagram official.

Perhaps the cutest announcement was when Craig posted a family photo and captioned it “Sew in love.” Southern Charm and Summer House fans have enjoyed watching the couple’s film together. Paige’s down-to-earth logic and Craig’s dreamer mentality make the couple work.

Is Craig Conover single again?

Rumors have been swirling around that Craig and Paige have called it quits. Instead of the summer of love, followers were worried that 2024 was going to end up being a hot girl summer for Paige. After three years of a pretty steady relationship, fans were worried that the duo had called it quits. The rampant online speculation was hard to ignore, but Craig is finally setting the record straight. The Sewing Down South owner spoke with E!, sharing that everything was okay with him and the influencer. The Southern Charm star noted, “I don’t know where that came from because we’re together, like, every week.”

Craig opened during the Southern Charm premiere party, adding, “So, no, Paige and I are not broken up. We’re still together.” The South Carolina resident also revealed that he and Paige had no plans to break up and were not going to end their relationship just to gain some ratings for the show. “Why would we do that?!” he asked. “Remember back in high school when people would gossip? Like, I got most dramatic in high school. I’m a huge gossiper, but just don’t take everything so seriously.”

Is Craig Conover thinking of marriage still?

According to Craig, he and Paige have had no problems. Fans will recall Craig even offered to pay a bit of Paige’s new New York City apartment rent, but she turned down his offer. Craig told the outlet “If I would have given you a reason for that rumor to start, then I think I would have to defend it. But I don’t think me and Paige did anything.” In the last season of Southern Charm, Craig had wedding fever as he tried to get more of a commitment from Paige. The New Yorker had no desire to settle down just yet, but Craig was still hung up on the idea. He shared, “I don’t have a ring.”

But Craig is still hoping to see Paige walk down the aisle to him one day. He shared, “I would like to one day. I’m having a lot of fun challenging myself in New York City now. The company’s going really well in Charleston. I just don’t wanna cut off everything that we’re both doing. We’re on these parallel paths, and it’s really exciting. I can’t wait to see what she accomplishes.”

So while everything s hunky dory with Paige, the Sewing Down South owner is contending with his relationship with Austen Kroll and Shep Rose. He told the outlet, “We’re like brothers. If we hang out too much, we’re gonna get into a fight. At least me and Shep. But we’re doing well. What I hope we’re gonna see this season is three friends that could walk away, and it would probably be easier, but we have so much love and history that we would rather put the work in to save our friendship.”

Southern Charm airs on Thursdays on Bravo.
