The Season 14 finale of Real Housewives of New Jersey was held at The Rails. And parts of it were off the rails. But one shocking moment was when Jennifer Aydin body-shamed Nate Cabral, who is Danielle Cabral’s husband. RHONJ viewers know that Danielle has a fiery temper, and she sends some items on the table in Jennifer’s direction. But the table didn’t go airborne, so there’s that. Now Nate and Danielle are responding to Jennifer’s diss, and I’m loving it.

During the finale, Danielle and Jennifer were arguing about whether or not Danielle was jealous of Jennifer. Then Jennifer stated, “Your husband with the boobs, and you got the brawn, honey.” Body-shaming is never okay.
Well, Nate and Danielle hit back via Instagram, and it was awesome! Their shared video showed Nate getting ready for a photo shoot, and his wife wanted to see some skin! But first, he voiced his feelings. “You got to have thick ass skin in reality world. Growing up, I was a heavy kid. I had such a fear of even being called on in class. You see people just shame and talk, and it’s like, ‘Why?’” he said.
Danielle responded, “It’s not about you. It’s about the person making fun of you. That’s where the insecurities lie,” she said. “I’ll never talk in the press. I’ll never talk in the blogs. This is how we come back. Bringing the big guns out!” Danielle said as she sprayed Nate’s white tank.
Soon Nate removed his shirt and showed how sexy he was while reading a copy of Andy Cohen’s book, The Daddy Diaries. “You’re welcome, Andy!” Danielle exclaimed.
She continued, “This is a message to my husband. I love you so much. I hope today you feel as gorgeous as you really are. And umm … f*ck them! Just kidding! No, no, don’t put that in!” she added.
Danielle didn’t want an angry come-back
In the caption, Danielle wrote, “Sometimes I find myself wanting to clap back. Bite at everyone who barks at me. But then I look at those people, like really look at them … what kind of life they’re living. The choices they’re making. The things they do. Compared to who we are, what we do, and how we live,” she added. “And that, itself, keeps me humble. Misery loves company, but we’re cut from different cloths, made from different sauces.”
In conclusion, Danielle added, “To my husband, you are BEAUTIFUL, and I adore you. ‘Till the wheels fall off, baby!!!” I love how this response was fun but still touched on the issue of body-shaming.
