Poor Vicki Gunvalson. After leaving Real Housewives of Orange County in 2020, she’s still struggling to stay relevant.
Seven months after attacking Alexis Bellino for dating Shannon Beador’s sloppy seconds, John Janssen, Vicki’s at it again.
Vicki was quick to respond when Instagram user @bravohousewives recently asked, “Do you like having Alexis back on #RHOC?” The OG said it all with just one word: “No.”

Alexis was a member of the RHOC cast from 2009 to 2013. After being away for several years, producers announced in January that she would return for Season 18 as a “Friend of.”
The mom of three admitted to E! News last week that she was “nervous” about returning to the show.
“I contemplated not even going back because I knew what I was throwing myself into,” she shared. “But also I thought to myself, ‘Why am I not going to do something I want to do just because I’m dating somebody else’s ex-boyfriend?’”
John and Alexis began publicly dating in December 2023, a year after his breakup with Shannon. In defense of her friend Shannon, Vicki immediately went on the attack via Instagram.
“Ridiculous and thirsty on both of them,” she wrote, adding that she felt “disgusted” by their relationship. Many thought it was a tad TMI recently when Alexis openly shared intimate details about her and John’s sex life. Super cringe.
Alexis responded to Vicki’s reaction by saying it was “very disappointing to see this from someone I considered a friend.”
Shannon, who dated John for nearly four years, admitted to being “confused” and “hurt.” Totally understandable. But when you break up with someone, they no longer belong to you. They can do whatever they please. As hurtful as it is, Shannon just needs to hold her head up and look the other way.
But now that Alexis says she and John are looking at engagement rings, Shannon is trying to downplay their relationship.
“John moves fast,” Shannon told Andy Cohen earlier this month on Watch What Happens Live. “He did with me too. It’s just his M.O.”
