It’s been years since Teresa Giudice and her ex-husband, Joe Giudice divorced. They’ve both moved on – she’s remarried, and he lives in a whole different country. Despite this, Teresa says that Joe still won’t admit to cheating on her. Similarly, Tre still won’t admit to committing a crime.
Long-time fans of the show remember the many rumors about Joe being unfaithful to Teresa. It’s hard to forget that shady phone call with a person from his “work” in which he lamented, “Here comes my b*tch wife; she’s such a c*nt.”
On a recent podcast, Teresa revealed that even now, Joe’s sticking to his story.
Teresa keeps asking; Joe keeps denying
Teresa guested on the newest episode of Carlos King’s podcast, Reality with the King. At one point in the conversation, she reflected on her marriage with Juicy Joe. Now that she’s had time to see everything with fresh eyes, she believes the rumors of Joe’s infidelity.
Teresa still periodically asks him to ‘fess up. “I still ask him till today, I’m like, ‘Just tell me, f—er,’ and he doesn’t tell me. I’m like, dude, he still f—ing won’t admit it.”
“Do I believe him? No! I don’t believe him,” she added.
Teresa wants Joe to be honest with her, especially now that she’s moved on with Luis Ruelas. However, she says she refused to let Joe’s cheating allegations affect their marriage and stood by him at the time.
Teresa says her and Joe’s legal troubles were their downfall, but it all happened for a reason
Teresa went on to share that it was Joe’s financial crimes (and her participation), which in 2014 also led to her conviction, that began the unraveling of their marriage.
“I came home [from prison], Joe left three months later, and then my mom passed away, from when I came home, eight months later. So after Joe left, my mom passed away five months after that. So that’s when I knew it was over with Joe.”
Teresa’s mother dying caused her to resent Joe. She believes his actions led to her missing out on her mom’s final years. Apparently Tre taking part in the crimes that landed her in prison isn’t something she likes to acknowledge.
“I was so upset — I blamed him for losing time with my mom,” she admitted. “I lost out on time with my mom. And, yeah, I know he didn’t mean to do it. He adored my parents. He really did. I know he did. And, of course I forgave him.” She could have also not signed documents that caused her to go to jail, thereby losing time with her own mother. Ma’am, where is the accountability?
However, she thinks everything that happened with Joe was for a good reason – she met her soulmate. So three cheers for criminal activity, I guess!
“If you go through something bad and you don’t understand why you’re going through it, just don’t give up,” she said. “You’ll finally get your answer. Look, I got my answer so many years later, and it was because to meet Luis, I had to have my kids with Joe, which I have 4 beautiful daughters with Joe.”
