I wasn’t too sure how to feel when it was revealed that RHONJ Season 13 would be welcoming a Staten Island native. Not there is anything wrong with Staten Island. It just, you know, us Jersey Girls have a reputation to keep. But Danielle Cabral surprised me. I liked her even after discovering she had been on MTV’s True Life. The blonde was loud, opinionated, and loyal—all things the cast of the Real Housewives of New Jersey can respect. Adding Danielle and Rachel Fuda injected some new life into the series thanks to their Millenial opinions. Danielle is winning fans over left and right. So, let’s take a look at some of her best moments.

Jen impression

I wouldn’t say I liked to watch Jennifer Aydin and Danielle as friends during Season 13. The friendship felt forced, and Danielle looked way out of her league. But she did learn something from the Paramus native. And that is how to do a spot-on impression. The Turkish Jersey princess has always been the one the group turned to as their comedic relief, but Danielle stepped up. She learned Jen’s mannerisms and tone perfectly. Even OG Teresa Giudice couldn’t hold back a laugh.

The Bougie Kidz brunch

I’m just going to say it. Danielle has gotten smarter since Season 13. Danielle’s bougie brunch revealed how hurt Danielle was that no one, including her two best friends, had defended against the rumors that she threw her hairdresser out of VIP. First, what a deliciously stupid argument, right? But Danielle became painfully aware that she was standing alone on an island while the two means girls of the group took the last life raft.

At the time, Danielle noted, “The issue is two of my friends are allowing someone to come in and talk shit about me. And I would have hoped they would have said, ‘That’s not Danielle at all. There might be a misunderstanding.’ Like I have done for them millions of times.” Sadly, Danielle saw their true colors, and they were dark.

Danielle Cabral, the alleged villain

During the Season 13 end-of-summer party, Danielle was furious that the other women had been talking so openly about her issues with her estranged brother. Jackie Goldschneider was the ring leader, who often asked probing questions. The lawyer was never happy with the answers she was given and essentially told the other women that Danielle was hiding something.

Danielle noted, “I talked to you guys at your house, and it was so honest. And that should have been good enough for each one of you.” If I could have paused and rewound this scene a million more times, I still would not have gotten tired of their shamed faces. For Danielle, the last straw was the group trying to call her out as a liar, which is “everything she is not.”

Tulum trouble

I know people are ranting and raving about the recent Real Housewives of New Jersey fight, and views are polarized. Personally, I was kind of here for it. Danielle, in my opinion, kept her hands by her side until Jen physically pushed her. The visceral hate that Danielle formed for her former friend was palpable, and I only wish I had some popcorn to watch.

Jackie G vs. Danielle Cabral

It all comes down to who is wearing what in New Jersey. It doesn’t even have to be some fantastic designer, but you bet your bottom dollar that the cast will have opinions. Perhaps one of Danielle’s best moments was when she confronted Jackie for saying her shorts looked like they had been in the hamper. Jackie doubled down, noting she was a “horrible dresser, and she wore those hamper shorts two weeks in a row.” Yikes! Jackie has claws. After production panned back to Jackie giving the new girl a once over, Danielle noted, “She might have pulled something. She doesn’t even realize how judgey she is.” Jackie tried to act tough, telling Danielle to stop waving her hands.

But the rookie quickly started gesturing as if she was performing the National Anthem in sign language, stating, “First of all, if you were from Staten Island, you would know if my hands were in your face. This is how I talk.” Let me tell you, Danielle is starting to really grow on me!
