Real Housewives of Atlanta alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are going through a messy divorce. In fact, it has to be one of the messiest splits in Bravo history. And their Georgia mansion also has a starring role in the drama. The Don’t Be Tardy couple pushed back the foreclosure date. But now they need to find a buyer.
Kim and Kroy slash the price of their mansion again
These former lovebirds are still in dire financial straits. Kim even owes her divorce attorney some cash. Amid this dumpster fire, the former couple managed to save their mansion from foreclosure. For now.
Kroy and Kim asked Truist Bank to delay foreclosing on the property while they try to find a buyer. If the mansion isn’t sold by August 26, 2024, the bank will resume foreclosing.
According to Realtor.com, the price of the home, located in Milton Georgia, has been lowered again. This is nothing new since the home has undergone several price reductions. In the fall, the property was listed for $6 million. Now the mansion’s price has dropped by $300,000. So, someone can buy the seven-bedroom property for $4.2 million.
The residence is 15,694 square feet. Right now, the price is only $268 per square foot, which seems like a steal. This represents 30% off the original asking price.
So, what will a buyer get for $4.2 million? The house is on a lake and features a living room with a huge fireplace, a study, and a formal dining room. And the kitchen has Wold and Sub-Zero appliances and a big island for when the buyer wants to get their chef on.
The master bedroom has a sitting area, fireplace, and adjacent bathroom with a soaking tub and dual vanities. The upstairs offers a playroom and four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The property also has a wine cellar, gym, arcade, movie theater, and a vanishing edge pool. Hurry up, potential buyers. The clock is ticking!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy are both streaming on Peacock.
