June 2024’s reality television show lineup makes my cold, tired heart happy. There’s a little something for everyone this summer, from brand new series, to our returning old faithfuls. So, pull out your Sharpie lip liners and your calendars, and let’s start planning those couch rot festivities, because let’s face it, it’s too hot to go outside anyways. Here’s what’s dropping this month, alongside our preset AC dials.
Deadly Waters with Captain Lee – June 1
Captain Lee Rosbach is back on our screens once more. This time, he’s not corralling ill-tempered yachties throughout our Caribbean’s most stunning landscapes. Instead, his new ports of call are far more sinister. In his latest series, Deadly Waters with Captain Lee, the Stud of the Sea will be walking us all through various true crime stories, each taking place over a different body of water.
Airing on Oxygen’s True Crime network, Episode 1 premieres on Saturday, June 1 at 9/8c.
The Real Housewives of Dubai Season 2 – June 2
Oh my rich ladies on the Real Housewives of Dubai series, thinking of you all turns me into Aaliyah (may she rest in peace), singing “It’s been a long time (long time). We shouldn’t have left you (left you). Without a dope beat to step to.” Thankfully, after two long years, RHODubai is now back, and shadier than ever.
Friendships in these here deserts will be shifting faster than the sands that surround them. Every single cast member, minus Nina Ali, is returning. In addition, we’ve got two newbies joining in as well. Taleen Marie is coming on as a full-timer, while Saba Yussouf is going to be our newest friend-of.
Real Housewives of Dubai premieres on Sunday, June 2 at 9/8c on Bravo. Beginning Tuesday, June 11, this series will move to its regular time slot of Tuesdays at 9/8c. Episodes will be available to stream the following day on Peacock, BravoTV.com, and in the Bravo app.
Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9 – June 3
Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9 will see two familiar faces returning onboard. Naturally, Captain Sandy Yawn is back in the wheelhouse. Shockingly, Aesha Scott is also returning, which will be so great to see, as she hasn’t starred on Below Deck Med for several seasons. Truly, this series has struggled in the Chief Stew department, as ever since Hannah Ferrier was asked to walk the plank, her position has become a revolving door of poorly-cast yachties.
Three cheers for Aesha, because she’s the one who will most likely break this curse.
Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9 premieres with a special 75-minute superyacht-sized episode on Monday, June 3 at 9/8c on Bravo. Episodes will be available to stream the following day on Peacock, BravoTV.com, and also in the Bravo app.
Perfect Match Season 2 – June 7
Netflix’s Perfect Match is returning with a Season 2 this June, featuring 22 new singles, all hoping to find their, well, perfect match. Hosted once again by Nick Lachey, these Netflix-based reality television stars will all gather, hoping to match up with another single at night, because getting kicked off is for the losers.
These hopeful pairings begin airing on Netflix on June 7. Seven episodes will drop all at once, giving you a nice little Friday to sink deeply into your couches with. After this, three episodes will then release on June 14, with a finale drop coming in hot on June 21.
Love Island USA Season 6 – June 9
Love Island USA Season 6 is here, with a slight change-up in casting. Ariana Madix is living her best life right now, carrying out a successful season of yes. So, when Peacock called, asking her to leave her Vanderpump Rules BS behind for a bit, she naturally said fine, okay, I’ll do it. Now, she’s helping to add her signature touch to Love Island, as the couplings, uncouplings and recouplings messily transpire, all within a brand new villa.
Catch Ariana thriving in Fiji on Love Island Season 6, which premieres exclusively on Peacock on June 11 at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET. Following this, new episodes will drop every day, for six days a week thereafter.
Owning Manhattan – June 28
Owning Manhattan is an all new series on Netflix, but it comes with a returning, gorgeous face. Ryan Serhant, formally of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York, as well as its spin-off, Sell it Like Serhant, is finally back on our screens. But this time, his team is going to be the main focus. As each of his agents battle it out to sell the priciest residences in NYC, tempers will flair, and Ryan’s wit will once again emerge. Basically, Owning Manhattan is going to be lit.
All eight episodes of Owning Manhattan Season 1 will drop on Netflix on June 28.
The Mole Season 2 – June 28
One major streaming service is cranking out reality television series left and right these days. Our final June drop, The Mole Season 2, will air on this giant, aka Netflix, towards the end of the month. In this high-stakes game, the players will once again come together to complete a gauntlet of missions, testing their skills and endurance with every step that they take. However, within these players lies a destroyer of nice things, aka the Mole, who’s secretly working to smash all of their costars efforts into smithereens along the way.
Starting on Friday, June 28, five new episodes of The Mole will drop on Netflix. New episodes will then air on the two Fridays that follow.
