Man of the house. Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright may be separated, but it looks like they have at least had their housing situation figured out. Ahem, unlike one former couple that split.
In a surprise twist, it was Brittany and their young son who moved out of the house while Jax stayed. If you follow Jax on social media, you know that this man is committed to his man cave/garage. But to have his family living in a rental is strange, to say the least.
In a recent interview with The Daily Dish, Jax discussed why he’s not going anywhere.
Jax’s dream house
When asked about his “starter house,” The Valley star was quick to correct. “Starter house? No, it’s my dream house.”
He added, “I love my house. I’m so blessed and I’m so fortunate, uh, that Brittany found it.”
The Valley Village residence features seven bathrooms, a home gym, a large kitchen, a backyard pool, and even a pool house. “It’s just a dream to be living in that home. It’s like, that’s the kinda place that people like, rent on Airbnb.” Erm, people like your wife?
“I’m able to live there all the time,” he continued. “It’s just like a blessing.”
“I love it. We have a pool and a pool house and we spend a lot of time out there. I like to barbecue a lot. I have friends over,” Jax gushed.
Brittany doesn’t know if she will move back
After the couple announced their split in February, Brittany revealed that she was the one to pack up her things. “I think that me moving out and taking space to figure out if this is what I want is the best situation for me right now,” she said in April. “If he switches some things and changes some things about his life, then maybe we can get back together. But right now, I don’t know.”
