Ariana Madix and Daniel Wai are still going strong. About a year after Scandoval, the couple appear to be happier than ever. The two met in March 2023 and cozied up to each other real nicely at last year’s Coachella. With another Coachella come and gone, the two are still living large in their romance.
However, despite the couple’s happiness, they have some detractors. And, more than that, some questioners. Lala Kent raised her concerns on and off Vanderpump Rules. She found it rather suspicious that Ariana moved on with Daniel so shortly after Scandoval. But Ariana responded to these doubts and the couple still looks as strong as ever with one year at their back.
Reality stars wish Daniel a happy birthday
On May 4, Ariana shared a photo beside Daniel on Instagram. In the post’s caption, she wrote, “happy birthday to the most handsome man i know who always lets me have the first and last bite ???” Commenters loudly sounded their praises for Daniel. For example, one wrote, “I’d choose Daniel over the bear. Just saying.”
Fans could also find Daniel in the comments, who wrote, “Thank you so much. Best year ever!!” On top of that, some fellow reality stars jumped in to share their well wishes. Kristen Doute shared a simple “HBD dan!! ???” And fellow Dancing with the Stars competitor Lele Pons wrote, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! you guys are the cutest ! ❤️❤️???”
And, rather expectedly, multiple commenters mentioned Lala. Referring to Ariana’s caption, one fan said, “Lala coming for that middle bite?” Another added, “I just want to say that regardless of what people think about the timeline of your new relationship, it is clear he brings out a side of you that is softer and less on guard.”
