The Vanderpump Rules Season 11 reunion is fast approaching, with filming having wrapped up just a week or so ago. Now, Scheana Shay has reported that viewers might be in for a real surprise.
If Scheana is right, the reunion could be exactly what Season 11 needs. So far, not many viewers have been impressed with what VPR has to offer post-Scandoval. More than anything, the frustration comes from an attempt to redeem Tom Sandoval when it seems he hasn’t changed at all.
On the March 26 episode, fans saw Lala Kent drifting toward a defense of Tom, much to Ariana Madix’s displeasure. Is it any wonder the two had a confirmed falling out at the reunion? But whatever happened, Scheana has hyped it up.
Scheana claims Lala said what everyone was thinking
E! News caught up with Scheana over last weekend’s Newport Pickleball Tournament. When asked what fans could expect from the upcoming reunion, Scheana teased, “Something that’s never happened before.” As far as what she could divulge, she suggested that Lala was the driving force behind the surprise.
“I don’t know if you’ll be shocked by Lala. But she definitely says what I think a lot of people maybe think and don’t say out loud.” To put on my tinfoil hat for a moment and drum up a theory, it sounds like Scheana is talking about the much-discussed fight between Lala and Ariana.
Something that “a lot of people maybe think and don’t say out loud” could likely refer to criticisms of Ariana. Few speak out against Ariana these days because it’s PR suicide among Bravo fans. Just look at where Lala’s been since news of her feud with Ariana dropped.
And, to be frank, Ariana certainly is worthy of some criticism. But Season 11’s attempts to redeem Sandoval by dragging her down have just been silly and insulting. Granted, we don’t know with any certainty what Scheana was referring to.
