It was just Tuesday afternoon that former Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn’s husband, Christian Richard, was arrested in his bathrobe at their Los Angeles home for an alleged domestic assault. Allegedly, Christian threw a bag with glass in it meant to hit Christine, but it struck their two-year-old son, Christian Georges, instead. The toddler was reportedly injured and received medical attention.
Christine and her son were granted a protective order; however, Christian reportedly broke it yesterday. Cops swarmed the home with guns drawn on Wednesday afternoon. By Wednesday night, Christian had been arrested again. Page Six and TMZ had the details.
Cops visited Christine and Christian’s home on Wednesday afternoon after someone raised safety concerns
Wednesday afternoon, police gathered at the couple’s home for a “building search” with their guns drawn.
Apparently, police typically conduct such searches in response to someone alerting them to concerns about the safety of the location. However, a source disclosed that it was not Christine who made the call.
The public information officer confirmed that their team found no issues at the residence during this search.
Christine and her son are said to be currently residing in a separate, safe location.
Christian was arrested for the second time in 33 hours after violating protective order Wednesday night
Christian, whose legal last name is Dumontet, was released after his first arrest on Wednesday on a $30,000 bond, according to inmate records. His scheduled court appearance for that arrest is on April 10, 2024.
Inmate records reveal that he was arrested a second time, stemming from a misdemeanor charge for breaching a restraining order by returning to the residence he shares with Christine Wednesday evening.
Photographs showed a police SUV parked outside the gate of Christine and Christian’s home. A short while later, an officer emerged from the vehicle and proceeded up the private road.
He was granted release on bond this morning and is scheduled to appear in court on April 11.
Neither Christine nor Christian, who also share a bitcoin real estate business, have commented on this sad and disturbing series of events.
