The Bachelor star Peter Weber, who played a Faithful game on The Traitors Season 2, was banished during Episode 10. At the roundtable, he received the same number of votes as Traitor Phaedra Parks. But Mercedes “MJ” Javid cast the deciding vote. But while Peter didn’t have a chance to win the cash, he did leave the Scottish castle with something else: a special friendship with co-star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu. As you may recall, Ekin-Su was poisoned in plain sight by Traitor Parvati Shallow.
Rumors of a relationship between Ekin-Su and Peter sparked because of their social media posts. Peter’s mother, Barbara, has been commenting on Ekin-Su’s posts. She even posted a photo on social media of herself with Peter’s sister-in-law and Ekin-Su.
Peter says that he is “best friends” with Ekin-Su
Peter told Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, “Ekin-Su is great. Honestly, she became one of my best friends from the show.” Peter was asked if his relationship with Ekin-Su was romantic. He replied that they are “friends.” He added, “I’m not blushing!” If you say so, Peter.
Pilot Pete also confirmed that getting his mom’s approval was a difficult task. “That’s true, that’s true,” he said. “But she’s a special girl and I can truly say, we’re really good friends. She’s out in London right now filming Big Brother [right now,]” Peter said.
But he wasn’t done singing Ekin-Su’s praises. Peter added, “One of the most beautiful friendships that came from that show, for sure.” And this bachelor has plans to meet up with Ekin-Su when she is done filming in London. “She comes out to the States a bunch and I live in New York so I’m sure I’ll see her,” he stated.
And it sounds like Peter is ready to settle down. “This year has been incredible, it’s off to an insane start. And I have very high hopes that I meet the right one, so I’m pulling for that,” Peter shared.
