On top of the drama between Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval, fans also saw Scheana Shay finding her way into the mix. One of the driving plotlines of Vanderpump Rules Season 11 has been Tom’s attempts to befriend his old pals again.
Scheana was the only one willing to give him even a fraction of a chance. All the while, she felt rather sidelined by Ariana. After Scandoval, it only made sense for Ariana to close herself off a bit. Was it right to do so? Not necessarily.
But one can understand why she would’ve been focused on herself during that time. Still, Scheana seemed to take it as a personal affront against her. She felt offended that Ariana wouldn’t focus on her feelings. Now that Ariana has that perspective, how does she feel?
Ariana thinks Scheana displays “attitude” towards her in Season 11 confessionals
During Ariana’s recent Watch What Happens Live appearance, Andy Cohen read a question from a fan. They asked about one of Scheana’s confessional statements regarding her feelings with Sandoval. Andy took the question further and asked how Ariana was feeling and if she’d considered things differently after hearing these confessionals.
“During the time of filming, I definitely was not aware of a lot of the things that were being said behind my back,” Ariana said. “I love Scheana dearly but a lot of things that were said are very hurtful. Specifically, it’s hard to pinpoint something. It’s just kind of like this general attitude towards me that I’ve been seeing that’s pretty hurtful.”
Andy asked specifically about the moment when Scheana told of how Tom gifted her money. “You kind of got a sense of, ‘Wow, they go back in a way that has nothing to do with this,’” Andy said. Ariana responded, “Yeah, well, I mean, I was around during that too … That was definitely something I was aware of at the time as well. And I supported.”
