When news of Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval’s affair with Rachel Leviss broke, it stunned the Bravosphere. Sandoval was in a longtime relationship with Ariana Madix, who was also friends with Rachel. It was beyond messy. But that’s a story we all know back-to-front. Or, we thought we did.
Ariana’s friend, and Rachel’s supposed bestie, Scheana Shay, allegedly assaulted Rachel on March 1, 2023, when Ariana discovered Sandoval’s betrayal. Scheana always denied the “punch.” But, according to Sandoval, that wasn’t the only physical altercation that happened that night.
Was Sandoval assaulted by Ariana?
Sandoval alleged in a chat with the New York Times Magazine that Ariana assaulted him after she found out about his dalliance with Rachel. During the interview, Sandoval gave a tour of TomTom. He was playing there with his band, Tom Sandoval and The Most Extras, that fateful night. Ariana, who was there to support Sandoval’s cringey vocal stylings, discovered an intimate video of Rachel on his phone.
The incident supposedly occurred in the back alley. “She beat my ass,” Sandoval claimed. He said that Ariana ripped his chain off and split his lip. Ariana reportedly denied ever pulling on Sandoval’s jewelry.
Of course, we can go back in Pump Rules history, and point out that Sandoval punched Jax Taylor because he slept with Sandoval’s girlfriend, Kristen Doute. Maybe Sandoval needs to jog his memory.
Both Ariana and Sandoval have moved on in the romance department. Ariana is dating Daniel Wai, who is a fitness trainer based in New York City. That is pretty convenient since Ariana is starring as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. Sandoval has also waded back into the dating pool. He is dating Victoria Lee Robinson, who is a model. I hope that she likes the sound of out-of-tune trumpets and penis flutes.
