RHOC’s Jennifer Pedranti Demands Primary Custody of Four Kids and $20K Spousal Support

Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti joined the show in Season 17 and immediately became the target of Tamra Judge. While Jenn is returning for more, hopefully Tammy Sue will be busy being mad at Shannon Beador to bother Jennifer in her sophomore year.

But that doesn’t mean Jenn won’t be fighting battles of her own. She was very open about her relationship status and pending divorce with her ex. Jennifer is currently in a relationship and trying to end her marriage officially. Now Jenn wants to wrap it up and requested primary custody of her kids and $20k. Radar has the details.

The settlement is settling

Jenn and her soon-to-be ex-husband are trying to reach an agreement amid their divorce proceedings. Court docs show Jennifer has asked for sole custody of the four children. Additionally, she requested their dad receive visitation and joint legal custody. This would allow both parents to have consideration in important decisions involving their spawn.

Jennifer has also demanded temporary child and spousal support – but do you get spousal support when you’re already shacking up with someone else? She also wants an extra $20k to cover her court fees. Jenn is a degreed Real Housewife and holds a Bachelor’s in marketing but negated a career and “dedicated her time to raising their four children.”

Her attorney said, “Three years ago, she became a co-owner of a yoga studio. And more recently, she joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County television show.” Despite being on TV, “[Jennifer] would not be able to earn enough money to maintain the standard of living that was established during their marriage.”

It’s for … the children

Jenn’s motion continued. “[Jennifer]requires assistance to cover essential living expenses for herself and her children, such as rent, food, and educational costs. While the Petitioner currently covers healthcare expenses, additional support is needed to meet the financial requirements for the children’s activities, as well as their food and clothing expenses.”

Jenn’s filing noted her ex’s income is over $100k annually and he’s a lawyer at his family’s business. “Additionally, [William] receives supplementary income from various companies they are associated with …”

The ex filed for divorce from Jenn before she began appearing on RHOC. “Irreconcilable differences” was listed as the cause of divorce. She’s currently with Ryan Boyajian, who was heavily featured, along with his body parts, on the show during her first season.

RHOC Season 18 is currently filming.
