Monica Garcia rocked The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and the Bravoverse when her secret finally came out. During the Season 4 finale, Heather Gay revealed that Monica was involved in the troll social media account, Reality Von Tease. Monica tried to deflect by claiming that Angie Katsanevas was also involved. But Angie provided receipts that shut down that theory. Still, Tamra Judge had a few questions for Angie about Monica’s controversial exit.
In a move that no one everyone saw coming, Monica’s hopes for being part of Season 5 of RHOSLC were dashed. “That would be a cast and Bravo decision,” Monica said. “It would not have been my decision.” Well, when none of your co-stars are willing to film with you, it’s time to move along.
Tamra wants to know, did Angie Katsanevas and her RHOSLC co-stars freeze Monica out?
Tamra and her Two Ts In A Pod co-host Teddi Mellencamp had some questions for Angie. And Tamra was loud and aggressive like she was auditioning for a spot on Law & Order. “Why do you not want Monica on the show? Did you guys band together to not have her on the show?” she demanded.
“Nobody band(ed) together and nobody asked … I know in all my interviews with production, ‘Will you film with Monica’ was not a question,” Angie explained. “Her name never came up in my interviews, but I think the writing is on the wall that the trust has been lost. It feels to me that Bravo decided that was probably what is best for the show moving forward.”
“If anybody should hate her, it’s you. It’s you,” Tamra said. Angie agreed. “Yeah, and I do,” she replied.
Angie has a right to those feelings after Monica spread rumors about Angie’s husband, Shawn Trujillo, having affairs with men. And Monica’s messy argument with her mother, Linda Darnell, played out at Angie’s Greek Easter celebration. I don’t think that Angie is going to miss Monica at all.
