While on the red carpet at BravoCon, Heather Dubrow stopped for a chat with her husband, Terry Dubrow, by her side and flashed her gorgeous giant engagement ring for the cameras, sharing the story of how the sparkling stone ended up on her finger.
It’s almost no surprise that Heather had a say in how her ring was chosen. She doesn’t seem like the type who likes surprises, and she certainly wouldn’t have sat idly by if Terry chose a ring that didn’t match her style or live up to her expectations.
A partnership
The ring in question is a stunning oval diamond set on a diamond infinity band, and boy does it sparkle. It could have easily been approximately five carats.
When asked if she had any say in how beautiful her ring was, Heather spilled the tea.
“We did it together,” she said, a statement with which Terry immediately agreed. “There’s no surprises here,” he added.
“No, I’m sorry if we could just be real for a second,” Heather clarified. “No one’s buying each a car, a house, or a piece of jewelry that’s ridiculously expensive. We’re a partnership, always have been, always will be.”
Terry backed her up. Looks like there are no extravagant surprises in the Dubrow household.
To end her statement, though, Heather did call out her ring maker with a fond, “Martin Katz killed it,” as she held up her hand for one last sparkly display.
The comments lauded her and Terry’s decision to make big purchases together. One commenter said, “Always working together and making decisions together is very important in a marriage.”
