It’s been a while since anyone’s heard from Bethenny Frankel. At least when it comes to reality TV. Now, she’s making headlines again thanks to Sonja Morgan.
Indeed, the harbinger of the so-called “reality reckoning” has been a little mute as of late. For a while, it seemed the Real Housewives of New York alum was putting together an Avengers-style team to come after Bravo. But if that was the plan, updates have been sparse.
Sonja, on the other hand, has made it pretty clear that she’s staying on Team Bravo. Not only did she appear in her own spinoff, Welcome to Crappie Lake, but she was also a main player in the latest Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. Despite Bethenny and Sonja’s different allegiances, it would appear the two were able to set aside their differences, at least for a night.

On January 24, Bethenny posted a picture on Instagram alongside Sonja. She captioned the post by writing, “NYC was our playground last night and we ran with a fabulous circle of people.” The caption was referring to Jill Zarin’s tagline for Seasons 1, 2, and 3: “I run with a fabulous circle of people.”
Fans were all too happy to see the pair of RHONY veterans together. As one commenter wrote, “Im so glad you guys are still friends. You and sonja are 2 of my favorites of all time.” The fan also expressed that Sonja was still “underrated,” despite her popularity. Another fan commented, “Awww! Two OGs together!!! There is nothing better than the originals!”
Still, criticism tends to follow Bethenny. One fan suggested that Bethenny was misattributing the line to Sonja: “‘I run with a fabulous circle of people’ was Jill’s tagline not Sonja’s.” And heck, maybe Bethenny did confuse her taglines. But if so, she played it off by responding, “I am well aware.”
