Ariana Madix has been patient with Tom Sandoval and now it’s time for him to GTFO. What he should have done is started saving his money as soon as he began cheating on Ariana, because the simple fact is, he would have been found out sooner or later. And if it hadn’t been Rachel Leviss, it would have been someone else.
So for those who might think the Vanderpump Rules star is acting out of pocket by wanting to get that albatross of a home out of her life, think again. She simply no longer wants a connection to a man whose eyebrow is more entertaining than his singing. After plenty of time and fair warnings, Ariana served Tom papers. Radar has the details.
Ding, dong, anyone home?
While Tom is scaring tigers, Ariana is working. Now it’s time for Tom to stop playing around and make a move. Court docs show Ariana hired a process server to do some dirty work and deliver papers to Sandoval on her behalf. She’s been ready to let the house go for a minute, but Tom may or may not have a loan against the property that has him reluctant to sell.
This week the Valley Village home was visited by a server who waited until he saw a glimpse of glitter and white nail polish before making his move. Once the faint scent of cigarettes and Red Bull was close, the server handed Sandoval some documents.
Ultimately, this means Tom will be forced to respond to Ariana’s lawsuit in the next two weeks or so. At the beginning of the month, Ari went to Los Angeles Superior Court to request a “partition by sale.” She wants the home sold ASAP and the money from the sale split between them.
Additionally, the new Broadway star does NOT want a “division in kind” meaning one person would keep ownership of the property, and the other would sell their part to a third party. This would be what some might call, “a nightmare.”
At this time Tom has not responded.
Vanderpump Rules returns for Season 11 on January 30 at 8/7c on Bravo.
