Taylor Ann Green may be reliving one of the less admirable chapters of her life currently with the airing of Southern Charm Season 9, but life is looking up in real-time.
Viewers of Southern Charm have seen Taylor repeatedly implode over the breakdown of her friendship with Olivia Flowers, and her reputation, after hooking up with Austen Kroll and lying about it to her former best friend. Yes, she portrayed herself as the victim of verbal abuse during the December 21, episode.
But that was then. It seems Olivia and Taylor have put their friendship to rest and the latter has finally moved on from both Shep Rose and Austen. In an optimistic turn of events, Taylor revealed that her current relationship status is coming up roses.
Taylor feels “confident” with her new man
The Southern Charm star exclusively told The Daily Dish that she has a “good feeling” about the relationship that she announced in October 2023.
“I am seeing somebody. I am currently dating, so things are going really well,” Taylor gushed. ”I feel very happy and confident. It’s a good feeling to have.”
According to Taylor’s prior statements to Us Weekly, she is dating Southern Hospitality star TJ Dinch’s roommate, Gaston. No further details were given. But one can deduce from Taylor’s recent statements that things are going well and that Gaston checks all the boxes.
In further comments to Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Taylor revealed what it is she finds irresistible in her new beau.
“I’m just looking for a best friend — somebody to do life with, laugh, have a good time [with], and don’t take life too seriously,” she explained. “Each day should be just a gift. That’s what I wanted, and just share it with somebody.”
It will be interesting to see if Gaston makes an appearance in the future on Southern Charm.
