Vanderpump Rules star and ex-husband of Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz is feeling some emotions. This should be applauded because often when one has an excess of alcohol coursing through their veins, they become numb to experiencing much of anything.
That is seemingly not the case with Schwartz who is speaking on feeling resentful about some remarks Katie has made in the past. That said, Katie is also probably still feeling resentful of the 837 women Tom “made out” with during their relationship. On a recent episode of Two Ts in a Pod, Schwartz shed some light on the end of his marriage with Katie.

Schwartz and Tom Sandoval are on the stroll ahead of Pump Rules Season 11. I’m guessing a lot of this promotional stuff is an effort to get in front of looking like total douches on tv – again.
The new VPR trailer was released this week and so far we know Schwartz allegedly hooked up with Scheana Shay back in the day and he and Katie will be arguing over the same love interest. But apparently, the trials and tribulations of divorce are still sticking with Schwartz. This man truly feels he took “accountability” for how he acted in the relationship, bless his heart.
Then Droopy “wanted to give Katie a shoutout” as if she was listening to any part of this interview. Tom said, “She handled the separation and divorce in a very healthy, responsible way.” He also stated he understood the reasons behind Katie’s decision. So did everyone else in the free world with cable.
“Doesn’t mean it didn’t break my heart. And still there’s times where I cry about it but it was a healthy decision. It was the right decision,” he added. Is this where we’re supposed to feel bad for Schwartz? Because I don’t. He made this bed.
Accordingly, Tom didn’t like some of the comments his ex-wife made regarding the end of the marriage.“Sometimes I can be a little resentful when I hear her version of why she broke up. But we both have our stories,” Schwartz continued. Raise your hand if you believe any of Tom’s “stories” as Tom is unable to remember any of his own “stories” due to drinking himself into blindness.
What Katie said …
In 2023, Katie shared what ultimately led to her letting go of Schwartz. Her “confidence and self-worth and everything was very much broken down” during the marriage.
“I never felt prioritized. He didn’t really have my back or defend me or make me feel supported or heard. I just wanted that validation from him. So I kind of made myself smaller in ways. I lost myself. I was very much a shell of a woman,” Katie confessed.
All she did was speak the truth.
Vanderpump Rules Season 11 will return with whining Toms on January 30, 2024.
