During Season 5 of Real Housewives of Miami, Adriana de Moura managed to infuriate both Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton. She told Marysol that Marysol’s old boyfriend said that he never loved Marysol. Then Adriana made an analogy, comparing Alexia’s son Frankie Rosello’s serious car accident, and traumatic brain injury, to her allegedly bruised foot.
Season 6 of RHOM kicked off with Alexia throwing a Nuevos Horizontes party. The goal was for everyone could leave their grudges behind. Alexia even met with Adriana privately before inviting her. But it turns out, on the way to the party, Adriana was dissing Alexia and her husband, Todd Nepola’s, finances.

Now TMZ reported that all was not well between Adriana and Alexia on the way home from BravoCon. Once they landed in Miami, the two engaged in a shouting contest.
An insider told TMZ that Adriana was confronted by Alexia near the baggage claim area. Alexia screamed that the allegations that Adriana made about Todd and Alexia’s financial problems “was f**ked.” In the season teaser, Alexia told her sons that they all needed to vacate their apartment. Clearly, there is some type of financial problem.
Adriana responded, “You act like you’re the star of the show.” Of course, Alexia clapped back. “Yes, I am the star of the show!”
Adriana was wearing a COVID mask and gloves as she spoke to her friend, Julia Lemigova. Adriana told Julia that Alexia was mean and that she picked on Adriana because she was the weakest cast member.
“This is your friend … do you see what she does to me? Do you want to be friends with this person?” Adriana asked Julia. The situation was so tense that Kiki Barth had to tell the ladies to stop before someone recorded them.
Alexia and Adriana departed the airport in two separate cars. Thank heavens they didn’t carpool in a Sprinter van!
