Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein’s bitter divorce battle continues. She was reportedly blindsided when her husband, Lenny Hochstein, announced he wanted a divorce in May 2022.
After all, he had a new, younger woman, Katharina Mazepa, whom he was dating. And it didn’t take long for the twosome to become engaged. Lately, Katharina has been denying rumors that her relationship with Lenny is over.
Lenny and Lisa share two children. After Lisa vacated their luxurious mansion, Lenny filed a motion. He accused Lisa of allegedly emptying the entire place. I’m weeping for poor Lenny.
Alexia wants Lisa to win the wedding war
Lisa’s RHOM co-star, Alexia Nepola, was a guest on the podcast Virtual Reali-Tea by Page Six. And she would like Lisa to tie the knot with her boyfriend, tech CEO Jody Glidden. “I would love to see Lisa get married before Lenny, yes. That’s what I would like,” Alexia said. Assuming that Lenny and Katharina still plan to marry.
She continued, “Jody’s a wonderful guy and I think he’s helped her so much get through such a difficult time in her life. I don’t know if she could have done that on her own, honestly, because he’s been so good to her.” Alexia added, “This is what she needed.”
Lisa confirmed that she was dating Jody in March 2023. Alexia is still baffled by Lenny’s decision to dump Lisa and propose to Katharina. “It doesn’t make any sense to me. But then again, we’re not in people’s lives, we’re not in people’s minds and hearts, so I don’t know how that happened,” Alexia said.
“I’m just very happy for her that she gets to experience and live a different kind of love than she had with Lenny,” Alexia stated of Jody. “He’s proven to be a stand-up, wonderful man.”
New men on the block
Jody is appearing on this season of RHOM, along with Marcus Jordan, who is dating Larsa Pippen. And Alexia is happy about the men joining the cast.
“We have great guys. Honestly, we are really blessed, all of us,” she said. “I feel like they make us better.” Alexia added, “It’s great to have them. I think that they’re a good addition to the rest of us.”
