The RHOBH Season 13 premiere is right around the corner, so the stars of the show are making lots of headlines. For years, reality TV stars have been criticized over how they treat their bodies. Plastic surgery and Photoshop are still big talking points for critics of certain stars. Now, Ozempic has joined those ranks.
Whether Ozempic is even safe to use for casual weight loss is still hotly contested, but one thing is for certain — people are taking it regardless of the risks. Many in the media have pointed the finger at the Real Housewives, in particular, Erika Jayne.
But it wasn’t just the media. Even Erika’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Dorit Kemsley, pointed an accusatory finger at Erika. The shade is thrown in the RHOBH Season 13 premiere, which viewers caught a sneak peek of. In an interview with Pride, the blonde superstar responded to such claims.

In addressing the weight loss claims, Erika said, “Everyone has to do what is right for them. I’m not really comfortable talking about what I do with my own body. We have a cast member that has an eating disorder. Whatever I do for me is right for me. I look good! For a long time I wasn’t looking or feeling great, you know? I look and feel good. It’s my right to do so.”
Dorit and Erika have had bad blood for some time now, though Erika’s tried her best to repair the situation. Things took a turn for the worse when Erika was asked which Bravo couple she thought would break up next. She answered Dorit and her husband, not realizing what was going on between them. That drama is also addressed in the RHOBH Season 13 premiere.
Since then, Erika has said, “I did not want to answer [the question]. It was the first thing that flew out of my mouth and later, I come to find out something else is going on. I feel very badly about that. I should have said something silly and stupid.”
Erika continued: “I can’t take that back and I do sincerely apologize to Dorit, who I consider a friend. I have to pay for that.”
