If there’s one thing audiences love about new RHONY, it’s Jenna Lyons. Not everybody is a fan, however.
If we’ve learned anything about Tamra Judge over the years, it’s that she’s always going to judge and she’s always going to give her “[her] OPINION!” She just made her way back to The Real Housewives of Orange County after being on pause for a while. Now she’s made herself comfortable enough to be running her mouth about other Housewives who shouldn’t make the cut.
Tammy Sue took to her podcast last week and had thoughts about the Real Housewives of New York reboot. Fashion icon Jenna Lyons has been a fan favorite, but Tamra thinks if Jenna isn’t going to share more about her life, she needs to leave.
Tamra Judge thinks RHONY isn’t right for Jenna Lyons
Tamra and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave were recapping RHONY Season 14 on their podcast, Two Ts in A Pod. They had a lot to say about all of the cast. It seems they took issue with Jenna’s performance.
Jenna had things going on in her romantic life that she kept off-camera. She might’ve even recently gotten engaged to her partner Cass Bird, but wouldn’t confirm in on a recent Watch What Happens Live appearance. Tamra took issue with all of it. She said reality TV might not be for Jenna if she isn’t willing to share it all.
“Then she needs to go. I mean I hate to say that about anybody. I like her as a person. But sometimes reality TV is not for everybody. And just because maybe you are not good at reality TV, doesn’t make you a bad person. It actually probably makes you very normal. And maybe a little bit private.”
Tamra also had the same problem with Ubah Hassan and her private relationship with “Mr. Connecticut.”
“If you are on a reality show you can’t be like Jenna and you can’t be like Ubah and just be like, ‘I’m not going to talk about my relationships.’”
Will Jenna Lyons return to RHONY?
Andy Cohen recently said on Radio Andy that he’d be happy to have Jenna back. However, when Teddi asked Tamra if she thought the already very wealthy and successful Jenna would be back, it was a definitive “no.” She asserted that Bravo wouldn’t give her the boot, though.
“I think that she’s going to exit herself, I don’t think they are going to tell her goodbye. I think that, you know, she didn’t give a lot. She wasn’t interested in giving a lot. She doesn’t even want to talk about her relationships. And that’s a problem, like, if she’s that private.”
Tammy might want to pump the brakes. First, telling Andy to “f*ck off” and “be quiet” at the RHOC reunion. Now she’s stirring the casting pot of other franchises. Clearly “faith, family and fitness” are not the only “Fs” she gives anymore.
