While on a press tour for her book, Julia stopped by Watch What Happens Live and had a chat with Andy Cohen. As she sat with Jenna Lyons, who appeared highly amused by Julia, they prepared themselves to play “Fashion or Trash, Hun?” Now a woman who has appeared in public with a man wearing a sock over his head shares the fashion that really haunts her at night.
Back to the Big Hair
You can’t talk fashion without mentioning the ever-popular and always editorial star of Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Giudice. Tre is known for her gift of styling herself and never shies away from a new trend. But it wasn’t Teresa’s ability to rock a jumpsuit that wakes Julia up at night. It was her wedding hair.
Andy asked the ladies about Teresa’s choice of wedding attire and incredibly massive hair weave. Julia was basically dressed like the weird girl from your creative writing class and said, “Oh my god, this one haunts me.” Same honey, same.
“It didn’t have to be so big,” Julia added. And it was big. Jersey big. It also cost approximately $10k to staple that stuff to her head. But it was Teresa’s special day and what Teresa wants, Teresa gets.
On the bright side, there is no one on this planet who will ever forget Teresa’s wedding ceremony. Her hair caused a stir that had multiple celebrities commenting on the look. She must have done something right because we’re still talking about it well over a year later.
