Season 14 of the Real Housewives of New York has been a delightful surprise. Jenna Lyons and her confessionals are hilarious. Jessel Taank is beyond high maintenance. And Erin Lichy is the cast’s expert pot-stirrer.
But friends Sai de Silva and Brynn Whitfield’s friendship fell apart. Sai previously spoke out about the situation. “I’m very, very loyal, I shouldn’t have said it to her in the first place, it wasn’t something that was overly big, but I shouldn’t have shared it and when I did it felt like a circle of trust at that moment, and she kind of broke that circle of trust,” Sai explained. “And I was very disappointed.”
That is rather sad. Sai threw Brynn a “Brynnsgiving” with all the ladies so that Brynn could have a real Thanksgiving.
Sai isn’t looking forward to the reunion
Sai was a guest on Melissa Gorga’s podcast, On Display with Melissa Gorga. And she opened up about her relationship with Brynn. The duo hasn’t spoken since the season wrapped. “We are not arguing. But we’re not talking either. So, I think that there’s just something that is unresolved that needs to be resolved, and I’m pretty sure that would happen at the reunion,” Sai said. “That’s where we are right now. I don’t have any ill feelings toward Brynn whatsoever, but I do think we should discuss what happened.”
The influencer continued, “The fact that we even have to hash this out – it’s annoying to me, like, ’cause I just don’t – at the end of the day, I’m like whatever, give me some time, maybe I’ll get over it, I don’t feel like I need to hash it out but I think in this predicament, we are going to have to talk about it.”
And that opportunity will be at the Season 14 reunion. Buckle up, ladies. Your first reunion will be one to remember.
