Little Women: Atlanta Star Ms. Juicy Is In The ICU

Sad news coming out of the reality tv world. Ms. Juicy, whose real name is Shirlene Pearson, is facing a health struggle. The well- known Little Women: Atlanta star and radio personality has been entertaining fans for years. Now she needs good vibes sent her way.

As reported by Page Six, Ms. Juicy was recently hospitalized and in the ICU. A statement posted to her Instagram account from her agency announced the news. It read, “At this time Ms Juicy is stabilized in the ICU. The family is thankful for all the prayers and are asking for you to respect their privacy at this time. Please continue to keep Ms Juicy in your prayers. We will keep you updated with any changes.” The reason for her hospitalization was not disclosed.

Just a few days later, her agency posted an update that read, “Ms. Juicy is still in the ICU and appreciates your prayers and well wishes. Ms. Juicy states, ‘I’m still the Queen of Atlanta boo.'” In the caption, it looks like Ms. Juicy herself added her thoughts to the matter. She wrote, “Y’all please stop the false rumors. The Queen is still here.” She signed it “Ms. Juicy Baby.”

An outpouring of support flooded her comments. Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Phaedra Parks wrote, “The throne needs you.” Another friend wrote, “Keep fightin’ Juicy WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!” One commenter added, “Come on Ms juicy you’ve got this Queen.”

The 50 year old reality star may be best known for her role on Little Women: Atlanta. She first appeared on the show in 2016 and most recently took part in season 6 of the series, which premiered in 2021. Ms. Juicy is also an executive producer and talent manager. Born with the condition Pituitary Dwarfism, Ms. Juicy expressed pride in the show and teaching society about “little people.”

She said in a 2019 interview, “I love this show because it teaches and informs people about who little people are. We can do everything average height people can do because we are not different; we are just different in size. We have to live our lives like everybody else, and it shows that we go through the same things and the same struggles as everyone else.” Ms. Juicy concluded, “But don’t come out there and treat us differently because we are smaller in stature than you are. I love this show because it shows everyone that we can do everything that they can do and even better!”

Here’s hoping Ms. Juicy gets well soon and is back to spreading her positive spirit in no time.
