Randall Emmett decided to keep his mouth shut about his former fiancée, Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent, since their breakup. Lala doesn’t prescribe to this ridiculous notion. She has dragged Randall for allegedly cheating on her and called him “disgusting and dirty and dark.”
The VPR cast member dissed Randall’s skill in the bedroom. Lala said that Randall “can’t take a breath without telling a lie.” She only communicates with him regarding their daughter, Ocean Emmett, and that is through an app. Lala would prefer “zero contact” with her ex.
Lala told her Pump Rules co-stars to pick a side, and she wasn’t going to put up with anyone who didn’t choose her. Randall admitted that he was still in communication with Tom Schwartz.
When Lala found out that Schwartz saw her ex, she “cut him out.” Katie Maloney supported Lala’s decision.
Katie and Schwartz also recently called it quits after 12 years together. Katie shared that infidelity wasn’t the cause of their split, and the couple had been arguing for months leading up to their breakup. While Schwartz may still be sporting his wedding ring, Katie filed for divorce on March 22, 2022.
Lala is back on the dating scene, and it looks like she has a new wing woman. Lala told US Weekly, “Katie and I have always been extremely close, but now we’re on the prowl together so it’s fun.” The VPR cameras should be filming these escapades. Buckle up, people!
Lala also commented on Katie and Schwartz’s split. “I was sad, and I was shocked. I thought they would definitely work it out and it didn’t happen.” Lala added, “Katie’s in a good place and that’s what I’m happy about.”
Lala doesn’t “have much advice to give” to Katie. Thank heavens! Lala remarked, “We’re in totally different situations so we kind of just … we keep it light. We’re both in really great places so it’s fun.” One major difference is that no one had to choose a side in Katie and Schwartz’s divorce.

As for Lala’s type? She is looking for someone who is “tall, dark, handsome, loyal, honest, a family man.” Wow. How did Lala end up with Randall? “Come one, come all. Bring ’em out! Come on!” Lala commented about her single life. Of course, you need to be vetted by Lala’s private investigator first. She’s not wasting time on anyone that doesn’t meet her criteria.
Katie also knows what she wants in a new relationship. She wants “someone who’s gonna prioritize me and support my feelings and my emotions, someone who doesn’t prioritize, you know, partying.”
As for what a potential Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules would be like, Lala had some thoughts. “With Katie [the potential of season 10] won’t be weird because that’s my ride or die so I’m down for her no matter what,” Lala told US Weekly. “With James [Kennedy] and Raquel [Leviss]’ [breakup], that’ll be a different dynamic. I don’t know,” she added. “I guess we’ll see what happens.”
Raquel and James pulled the plug on their engagement right before filming the Season 9 reunion. After Lala said that James was a better lover than Randall, and then shaded James’ new boo as “forgettable,” filming a new season of Pump Rules could be a bit tense. And I am here for all the petty drama!
