The count down is on for the Real Housewives of New Jersey queen to marry her permanently sunburned king. Is this guy still surviving without sunscreen on a deserted island of problematic men somewhere? Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas are preparing for their upcoming walk down the aisle. Not by like, signing paperwork to protect their separate assets, or anything. Teresa can hardly be bothered to watch a viral video of her man screaming some apologetic hoopla on the beach.
During last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live Teresa gave a ton of insight into her upcoming nuptials. She shared that the wedding would be happening soon. Sometime this summer! No word yet on the saxophone situation, just FYI.
When asked about her wedding party Teresa revealed that she plans to have a whopping EIGHT women at her side. I assume that includes her four dorters, Luis’ sister, and maybe Dina Manzo who we know attended the engagement. That leaves two openings. Any guess who for? When asked if any of her cast mates would be standing up Tre gave a flat “no.”
Andy Cohen clarified asking if Melissa Gorga would be a bridesmaid. Teresa confirmed that no, Melissa would not be by her side. Honestly, Melissa should be grateful for an invite at this point. The massive rift between these two has only widened over the last several years and their appearance on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip did this relationship zero favors.
The crowd gave a dramatic reaction to the news that Melissa wasn’t invited to the bridal party, to which Teresa pleaded they not make a big deal out of it. Teresa further surprised Andy and his guests when she shared that she hadn’t yet told Melissa she wouldn’t be in the wedding party.
For her part, Melissa insists she is happy about her sister-in-law’s new relationship. She specifically complimented Luis on his abilities to convince Tre to shut her trap. Said Melissa, “[Luis] likes to be in charge, definitely. Secretly, I appreciate that about him…he has definitely told [Teresa] to like, ‘Zip it,’ and she listens. And so it’s like, I appreciate him, I appreciate her listening to someone.” Supportive!
