The first season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip is a gift to the Bravo obsessed. The mashup series showcases a bunch of Real Housewives stars who are trapped on an island in a mega-mansion and the resulting chaos that ensues. Some things were predictable — like Ramona Singer’s monster vacation behavior rubbing Kenya Moore the wrong way. Other aspects, like Teresa Giudice and Cynthia Bailey’s cute little kiki, were refreshing surprises.
The biggest question regarding the first RHUGT cast lineup was regarding Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Kyle Richards was the only woman representing her show, while all of the other ladies had an ally. But during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Kyle explained who she wished was by her side in Turks and Caicos from her hometown.
A fan asked which RHOBH star Kyle wished would have joined her. I would bet Kyle would want anyone who isn’t her sister, because she doesn’t like when her siblings take her spotlight. Kyle had a surprising answer. “I would say [Lisa] Rinna because she’s been there the longest with me,” Kyle admitted. Boring. Give us Kim Richards or Brandi Glanville. Or forget the Beverly Hills ladies and include some Real Housewives of Potomac stars instead. They’re much more entertaining to watch.

Kyle claims she “would have loved to have any” of her RHOBH co-stars join her, but ultimately picked Rinna. Let’s remember that Rinna is the one person on RHOBH with the biggest vendetta against Kyle’s sisters. Yes, even the fun-loving Kathy Hilton. I’m not making any assumptions, it’s just interesting to make note of. Anyways, Rinna’s all talk, no action. She would’ve been called out by the OG gang real quick. Plus, the drama is way bigger than she’s used to — it wouldn’t be akin to someone just regifting a bunny. The real-deal girls like Twirl and Tre don’t play that way.

After filming RHUGT, Kyle said the experience made her miss her RHOBH co-stars. Yeah, because in Beverly Hills, there’s an unwritten rule that it’s better to leave things unsaid. However, that’s the antithesis of everything Real Housewives is about, so it doesn’t make good TV. Hopefully, Kyle learned a thing or two from 50 Cynt’s shallow party games or Luann de Lesseps IDGAF attitude. It’s better than watching a show about Erika Jayne and her Yes Men (obviously not including Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais).
