Selling Sunset Star Emma Hernan Says There’s “Zero Chance” She’ll Be Friends With Christine Quinn

Move your desks over ladies, and make room for someone new.

Another real estate agent, Emma Hernan, was added to the roster of The Oppenheim Group during Season 4 of Selling Sunset. Emma came onto the scene already filled with drama involving self-proclaimed villain, Christine Quinn.

In а new interview with E! News, Emma shares that the drama between she and Christine made her even question joining the show. “That was definitely my reluctance to join,” Emma explained. “I didn’t want to deal with it because I’ve dealt with it for so long, for so many years, with such negative energy… But at the same time, it was an opportunity for me to go out there and show everything I’ve accomplished as а woman entrepreneur on my own. Throughout my life, I’ve worked extremely hard.”

Christine’s ex-boyfriend, Peter Cornell, allegedly had dealings with Emma, according to Christine at least. According to The Empanada Queen, Christine and ‘the ex’ had already broken up when Emma met him. What is even more confusing is that Christine claimed that she was engaged to the ex, while Emma dismissed that idea as another untruth.

The drama between Emma and Christine was one of the main storylines of Season 4 of Selling Sunset. So much even the other agents have their opinion about it all and backed up Emma’s account. Even Mary Fitzgerald, Christine’s own close friend, sided with Emma. Chrishell Stause, one of Christine’s nemeses on the show, obviously took sides with Emma as well. Heather El Moussa took Emma’s side, even though she had her moment with the ex at some point too. After all the tea was spilled, Vanessa Villela was the only one to really back Christine up.

Emma believes that there is no chance at reconciling her differences with Christine. As she says there is “zero” chances of becoming friends. “I mean, I’m sorry,” Emma pleaded, “we’re just too opposite.” “There aren’t two more diametrically opposed people on the planet than the two of us.” I’ve tried for so long to bring us together because we’re on opposite ends of the spectrum.”

“There’s an obsession with the relationship from years and years ago,” Emma shaded Christine. “As а result, I found myself rolling my eyes whenever I heard something said. But also, I’m not sure what’s wrong with someone who’s so fixated on а situation that occurred so long ago.”

I definitely do not understand why Christine was lying. I do feel like she was forced to talk about the situation, and tried too hard to save face. Then it backfired when producers made it an entire plot for Season 4, and I feel like they pushed it to be a main talking point. If they had not pushed for it, we never would have even heard about it, and neither one of them would have probably really cared.
