The Real Housewives of Miami are known for bringing the heat – and some physical tweaks along the way. Of course, this isn’t exclusive to the city of Miami. Plenty of housewives are getting cosmetic surgeries, fillers and vaginal rejuvenation all in the name of looking good. But for RHOM star Lisa Hochstein, there can sometimes be too much of a good thing.
Lisa recently told Page Six about the filler she got in her face, “I did go overboard when we first opened our Medspa because everything was so accessible to me.” Lisa owns Hochstein Medspa with her husband, plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, who is also know as the “Boob God.”
Lisa admits that she went too far and is getting the residual filler removed. She explained, “I probably put too much of everything in my face and I probably stopped doing all of that in the past two years. I’ve actually removed a lot of filler.”
Lisa claimed “filler is not the answer” to looking young. She added, “I really think lasers and peels [work better]. A little bit goes a long way.” So now she goes for the non-invasive procedures instead.

In addition to all the free services from her medspa, Lisa also enjoys the independence it provides her marriage while working there. Lisa dished, “I love that [Lenny and I] work together, but we don’t have to see each other every day. I think if we had to see each other for 24 hours a day, it would be horrible for our relationship. He’s on the first floor, I’m on the fourth floor. So, that really helps things!”
Lisa also talked about Miami’s trends when it comes to plastic surgery. Said Lisa, “I feel like there are a lot of big butts in Miami. I don’t see too much of that in LA … In Miami, it’s hot all year round. You’re on the beach all year round. You can wear little clothing all year round.”
The RHOM wife and mother had breast augmentation when she was 18 and then had her husband redo them a decade ago acknowledged that Miami residents are “definitely more conscious” of the way they look. She concluded, “There’s a lot of body work in Miami. [But] there’s a lot of everything work in Miami!”
