The pregnancy pact that the current and former reality stars set out on was the first of its kind to my knowledge. Or is this just what being ‘Next Level Basic‘ is all about? The concept of a group of friends breeding at the same time felt like a major nail in the coffin to most. We don’t tune in to VPR for parental instincts, spit up, and a gentle tone of voice. Just me?
Love her or hate her, Lala Kent is on her exact same shit after giving birth to her first child Ocean. In episode two of the season she opened up to Randall Emmett about her blow out fight with Ariana Madix at Scheana Shay’s birthday dinner. Lala said if it wasn’t for her infant daughter at home, she would have drowned Ariana in her own pool. I’m so sure. Lala is so full of it, but at least she’s bringing me some classic VPR dynamics to the table.
Aside from the supposed decline in her assault endeavors, it seems Lala is enjoying motherhood all the same. In an interview with People she described Ocean as “So chill until she’s hungry or sleepy.” Lala explained that when her daughter is upset she gets “very diva-like and lets you know.”

In fact, the six-month-old is already bitch-slapping her developmental milestones. “She’s very vocal,” Lala boasted. “She said ‘Mama’ for the first time today, and I caught it on camera so that Randall knows that she said that before she says ‘Dada.'” The former hostess also gushed, “She’s just such a cute little personality: so happy, sleeps through the night. I’m having the best time ever with her.” All jokes aside, I’m glad Lala is enjoying motherhood.
Lala got personal during the interview too. She shared her timeline for pregnancy number two. She said the “second” her little girl turns one she and Randall will be “back at it with the calendar that shows ovulation.” Lala added, “I’m oversharing with you but that’s how it goes.” Yea. We know.
