There has been a lot happening in the Vanderpump Rules universe. First off, Bravo has finally been reacting to the Black Lives Matter movement. On June 9, Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute were fired from the show for racist behavior. Newbie Pump Rules stars Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens were also given pink slips when racially insensitive tweets from the past came back to bite them.
In 2018, Vanderpump Rules alum Faith Stowers slept with Jax Taylor. As if that wasn’t punishment enough, Kristen and Stassi told the police that Faith was stealing watches and drugging men. Faith, of course, was innocent. Stassi and Kristen? Not at all.
But karma took a while to catch up to them. Several companies cut ties with Stassi after her firing from the show. Her PR firm and agent also dropped her. Her podcast Straight Up With Stassi was removed from all platforms. Both Kristen and Stassi apologized on social media, but it didn’t help their cause.
During this turbulent time, Stassi decided to announce that she and fiancé Beau Clark are expecting a baby girl in January. It seems kind of early to announce that she is expecting, but maybe Stassi hoped some happy news would distract from the wreckage of her professional life.

And remember back to the Season 8 finale when Stassi told Kristen and Katie Maloney that the Witches of WeHo were “dunzo?” After a season of blasting Kristen for lying about her relationship status with Brian Carter, Stassi and Katie cut ties with Kristen. Now it seems like the Witches are WeHo are back…sort of.
US Weekly reported that on July 8, Stassi and Kristen were spotted having lunch with Katie at La Piazza at the Grove in Los Angeles. The trio even took a photo with Instant Family actress Julianna Gamiz.

But the trio’s Witches of WeHo wine has been taken off the shelves. On June 9, the manufacturer, Nocking Point, told US Weekly that they wouldn’t be producing any more of the wine because of Kristen and Stassi’s racist remarks.
In late June, the Pump Rules ladies also got together at Stassi’s birthday party, which was hosted by Katie and her husband, Tom Schwartz. You know, because they actually have furniture, unlike Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix.

Of course, their firings have brought Stassi and Kristen closer together. In fact, they hired the same crisis management rep to help them navigate the storm that they created.
So far, Katie hasn’t faced any backlash. She is, in fact, launching her own podcast, titled You’re Gonna Love Me with Katie Maloney. I wonder who her first guests will be? Perhaps her fellow Witches of WeHo?
