Watching the latest episode of Vanderpump Rules, I had a serious case of deja vu back to Scheana Marie’s Season 2 tooth surgery. She was devastated when no one checked on her after getting a dental procedure and turned that into a (weak) storyline.
This time, Scheana had a major procedure, an egg retrieval surgery. The surgery went well, but Scheana wasn’t happy with the lack of recovery check-ins. Specifically, she was miffed that Brett Caprioni, a guy she kissed once, didn’t check in on her. She was also upset with “ex” Max Boyens for not reaching out. During the episode, Scheana explained to Lisa Vanderpump that she was disappointed in her friends. In response, Lisa laughed in her face and told her not to expect so much from males she has a platonic relationship with.
Scheana’s egg retrieval was a hot topic of conversation during a recent episode the Vanderpump Rules After Show. During a conversation with Jax Taylor, LVP remarked, “I don’t think that any guy that’s a friend of yours is gonna be that invested in your egg retrieval unless they are going to be fertilizing it with their sperm, quite frankly.”
Jax chimed in with “It’s not something that you want to say on a first date.” Lisa laughed in response. Then, she told him “Exactly!” Who would have thought that it would take Scheana’s eggs for Jax and Lisa to be on the same page about something?

Lisa elaborated, “What I mean is if they’re friends and she’s saying they didn’t check in on her, why are they really gonna care? You know? Unless you’re gonna be the father of that child.”
Does this shade mean Scheana is going to (attempt to) argue with Lisa at the Season 8 reunion? That didn’t work out too well for Ariana Madix last year. Now, she’s spent this season repenting. She opened up to LVP about her depression, returning to “work” at SUR, and riding horses with Lisa. Clearly, Ariana has learned not to mess with Lisa. Will Scheana come for Lisa? Or will she make the wise decision and let go of that shade?
