Our beloved Lisa Vanderpump refuses to let sleeping Vanderpump Dogs lie. In a recent E! News interview, coincidentally moderated by British journalist and Lisa’s longtime friend Melanie Bromley, Lisa made clear that this season was not the first she’s been ganged up on.
Melanie, at one point during the interview, became overwhelmed to the verge of tears at the injustice of it all. That injustice being, of course, Lisa “being set up” for the fourth time- causing the massive divide between LVP and everybody else.
In an interview with E! News, Lisa and Melanie came in hot from the start. They reminded us that in Season 2, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG had been accused of leaking stories. Not only that, but she was specifically accused of sharing information with Melanie.
During the interview, Melanie explained, “You and I had been friends for a very long time. You were accused in Season 2 of giving stories to me. And you were not giving stories to me.” After that pledge of loyalty, best of friends, they began finishing each other’s sentences. “This season, when I see this trailer,” Melanie began, “So you know it’s a set up again,” LVP finished. Thank you for the narrative clarification. Whatever happens this season, it’s definitely for sure not Lisa’s fault.
When it comes to Kyle Richards and her recent comments on what to expect from RHOBH, Lisa said, “Well, you know, when you have a friend you believe them, you know what I mean?”

By the way, she was referring to the Live with Kelly and Ryan interview where Kyle was asked to give one word for Season 9. She described it as “deceitful.” This was something LVP must take personally.
Not to mention that Melanie relayed the comment to LVP as Kyle saying “deceptive,” a Freudian slip. Lisa responded, “But you can say hand to God I’ve never given you a story. And, yet I was accused of it in Season 2.” When asked if she felt betrayed, Lisa replied, “of course.” She also said, “no decision has been made” about her return to RHOBH for its tenth season.
