Roger Mathews Seeking Primary Custody Of Children & Alimony From JWoww

Gym, tan, lose custody? The tension between Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley and her soon-to-be ex-husband Roger Mathews is at a fever pitch! It’s unbelievable seeing how quickly things have exploded between these two. During the original run of Jersey ShoreJWoww and Roger seemed solid. Nobody watching at home would have ever guessed how toxic their marriage truly was. It seemed like she finally found the man of her dreams, but unfortunately, the relationship collapsed.

JWoww announced last fall that she filed for divorce from Roger after three years of marriage. It seems that ever since the official announcement, things have continued to worsen for the pair. Between all of the allegations and accusations, one question has been on our mind. What’s going on with their children? Situations like this are hard enough, but when you throw in kids everything changes. Both JWoww and Roger have accused one another of alleged wrongdoings. So, who will end up with the kids? Before anyone asks, no Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is not an option!

Page Six spilled all the juicy tea about Roger’s explosive court petition. In the documents, Roger requested “primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their two children.” JWoww might have to skip the latest Jersey Shore: Family Vacation to make a better case for herself. It’s possible the court won’t look fondly upon alcohol-fueled trips to Miami and Las Vegas.

Roger is also asking for a revamped custody schedule that is “in the children’s best interest”.  Depending on the judge’s ruling, JWoww might be unable to film the newest season. With Snooki pregnant and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino incarcerated, the new season might be a total flop.

However, it appears to be in Roger’s best interest for JWoww to remain on the hit show. She reportedly makes A LOT of money on the show, and that seems to be something Roger is after. In the court documents, Roger asks for “monthly child support and alimony.” We can’t imagine that any of this is sitting well with the Jersey Shore star.

Roger wants more than alimony and child support. He actually requested that the judge completely wipe away their prenup! Roger wants the judge to rule the prenup “invalid and unenforceable”. JWoww has a massive net worth so Roger has the potential to walk away with a hefty sum.

JWoww has accused Roger of a lot of wrongdoings recently. Some of which actually involve his parenting. In a recent video, she posted to her website, you can hear the children screaming in the background. Normally that wouldn’t be alarming because kids are kids and they tend to scream. However, the video shows what appears to be Roger throwing her to the ground. Not good.

Despite the video evidence seemingly pointing in JWoww’s favor, Roger is telling an entirely different story. He responded to her allegations saying she is “the aggressor”. She did punch Mike in the face once, but we aren’t entirely convinced. Roger also noted JWoww’s apparent history of “playing the victim.” We don’t know what to think at this point! So many bombshells after another! MEATBALL PROBLEMS.

Hopefully, the two of them can come to terms on some sort of amicable agreement! However, between everything Roger and JWoww have said about each other, we don’t see that happening. The big question we have is if any of this will play out on the next season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation?
