It’s no secret that the Real Housewives love anything that could possibly make them look more youthful. I just figured they would go to the top doctors to get these procedures done. Although that does seem to be the case, Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador decided to take the needle in their own hands during a recent trip to a plastic surgery office.
That cannot be legal, right? Hopefully they were just posing for the camera and not actually injecting each other with whatever was in the needles. I’m also wondering who took this photo. I’m hoping that Tamra had her arm stretched out for a selfie. Or the Bravo camera crew took it, perhaps.

Tamra posted the questionable photo with the caption “Housewife shenanigans going down at @finesseplasticsurgery when Nurse Nina leaves the room. ….@shannonbeador takes over. should I be worried #diamondfacial #rhoc.” Way to call out Nurse Nina, Tamra. Plus I’m assuming that they got these facials for free and/or discounted, so it probably wasn’t the best idea to post this photo and tag the plastic surgery place.
Hopefully they weren’t caught up talking too much shit while Shannon had a needle in her hand. No need for any distractions in that situation.
Shannon reposted the same pic and wrote, “Had my first IPL @finesseplasticsurgery with @tamrajudge Saw the needle, and couldn’t resist #lovingIPL” complete with the needle emoji, of course. I totally get that these reality people have to post social media shout outs so they can continue to get injected for free, but it really isn’t a good look to have Shannon yielding the needle into Tamra’s forehead instead of doctor or nurse.

Yes, I get that they are obviously kidding around, but I’m sure that they are not technically supposed to be handling the medical equipment, but maybe I’m wrong since Finesse Plastic Surgery also posted the same pic with the caption: “Real Housewives of Orange County’s @tamrajudge and @shannonbeador having some fun at our Newport Beach office yesterday.”
Oh and another interesting post I noticed on the plastic surgery place’s Instagram page: a photo of James Kennedy after getting a diamond facial. Maybe this is where all the Bravo stars go.
Now, I’m just curious about what this diamond facial does for their appearance and I wonder if this was filmed for Real Housewives of Orange County.
